By using oathbots.online (the "Site") or the Oathbots smart contracts, you agree to these terms.

1. What Oathbots is

Oathbots are digital collectibles (NFTs) on BNB Chain. They are not securities, shares or financial products, and owning one gives no right to profits, revenue or any future token.

2. Your wallet, your responsibility

The Site is an interface to public smart contracts. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. We never hold your funds or keys and cannot reverse, cancel or refund on-chain transactions. Gas fees are paid to the network, not to us.

3. Games, points and prizes

Mini-games, Quest points, leaderboards and prizes are for fun. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold. Rankings and prize rules are shown on the Site and may change for future rounds. We may remove points or block prize claims from wallets that cheat, use bots or exploit bugs. Prize amounts are paid only as stated for each round.

4. Risks

Blockchain technology carries risks, including smart-contract bugs, price changes, network congestion and loss of access to your wallet. You use the Site and contracts at your own risk. The Site is provided "as is", without warranties.

5. Eligibility and local laws

You must be of legal age where you live and must follow your local laws. Do not use the Site where NFTs, games with prizes or crypto are not allowed.

6. Not affiliated

Oathbots is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance or BNB Chain.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Oathbots team is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by the blockchain, wallets or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
